National Student Speech Language Hearing Association

About

KU-NSSLHA is a student led group that aims to prepare our members to be better candidates for clinical externship and CFY positions. This group is working to foster co-corricular advocacy and experience amongst the graduate speech-language pathology majors on campus. We have hosted guest speakers (e.g., Mandy Harvey) and team building activities such as a Cape Making Party for the Nathan Weiss Cougar Color Run. Additional goals for our organization include developing student and alumni connections as well as preparing our students for the speech-language pathology praxis and comprehensive examination.
